Dinosaur Feather Color Revealed

"...the filaments of the theropod Sinornithosaurus (Figure 3) are packed with regions that are rich in either eumelanosomes or phaeomelanosomes, indicating that they might have been speckled with the distinctive Hallowe'en motif; orange and black."
